A)Power Clean
3-2-1-3-2-1
*Do a set every 3 minutes
**The second set of 3-2-1 should be heavier than the first set of 3-2-1. A good starting point for the first set of 3 would be approximately 75-80% of a 1 rep max.
B)Deadlift
3-3-3
*The first set of the deadlifts should be above the last completed Power Clean set. Increase loads so that the third set is very challenging but still leaves 2-3 reps in the tank.
