Our personal training program is specifically designed for two types of people.

Every single person that walks through our doors for the first time starts with private training sessions.  

In our 10s of 1,000s of hours of training people, we’ve learned two important things: every person has a unique goal and a unique body.  You move differently.  Develop your own strengths.  Encounter your own challenges.  And have your own preferences.

We are quick studies, but it takes quality time to understand YOU to best serve you.

Many people build the skill and confidence to ultimately join our classes.  And that’s awesome! BUT others prefer to keep it 1-on-1.  Those sessions are at your time, your pace, and targeted specifically to what you need.

If you or your child is looking to enhance your athletic performance, then we put you on our performance track.

These sessions are beyond general health and aesthetics.  Instead, we build a base layer of athleticism and then focus on what you need to excel at your sport.

Are you a field or ice athlete? Then we will build the strength, conditioning, and explosiveness you need to keep you healthy and performing at your peak.

An endurance athlete? We’ll methodically increase your endurance while developing the strength needed to minimize injury and flourish when others fail.

Regardless of who you are or where you’RE at, we’ll assess where you are, create a plan, and get you to where you need to be.

How Long Are Your Sessions?

Our personal training sessions are 30 - 60 minute long depending on what you coose. Each includes a full warm up, workout, and a cool down, which makes them easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Who is CrossFit for?

CrossFit is for anyone that wants to make a change. Young or old, athletic or not, we have a place for you if you are truly ready to make a change.

But what If I am REALLY out of shape and super nervous?

I was in your shoes. Trust me when I tell you, you’ll be totally fine. Take the first step and come talk with us, you have nothing to lose.

I have an injury. Can I still do the program?

In short, yes. CrossFit is scalable meaning we can work around old injuries, tight muscles, and creaky joints. We've even worked with adaptive athletes!

What if I can’t make it every day to train?

Good. You’re not supposed to train everyday. Your body needs periods of rest to recover from the exercise you’ll do here. That said, we do recommend that you commit to training 3 x per week..
