45 minute class designed specifically for 55+. Our Coach led class focuses on mobility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular health that is so important to our Legends population. We are able to work around most limitations.
For ages 14-18, our teens focus on strength and conditioning required for increased athleticism while obsessively focusing on proper technique. While some of our teens have a strong background in athletics some do not and we welcome both!
For ages 10-13, our middies class builds base athleticism in a fun environment. They will learn proper technique for foundational bodyweight movements and as they prove motor control, evolve into more advanced movements.
For ages 5-9, our kids class always have the same 4 parts: warm-up, skill practice, workout, & game. This proves to be the perfect combination of learning, development, and fun.
For ages 3-5, our Tots class is 30 minutes of fun filled with laughs, giggles, and even some basic skills like running, jumping, squatting, and more. Most importantly for parents, your tot will expend a lot of energy.
