Team of 3 – 20 min. AMRAP

Partner 1 and 2 alternate rounds of:
5 Goblet Squats (53/35)5 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

while partner 3 rows 30 calories.  After the 30 cal. row, partner 3 rotates to the goblet squats/box jump over and one partner rotates to the row.

Score is total reps and calories combined.

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 sets of burpees and a 100 meter sprint between each set
