6 Week Healthy Habits Nutrition Challenge

WHO IT’S FOR

Has the pandemic caused some less than ideal eating habits? Do you find yourself wanting to feel a little bit better physically and mentally? Are you looking at the coming holidays and trying to figure out how to prevent the health train from completely derailing?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, this challenge is designed specifically for you.

WHAT THE CHALLNEGE IS & ISN’T

What this challenge isn’t is just as important as what it is.  It isn’t a super strict diet based on restriction.  It isn’t a time consuming new approach that you’ll likely never keep with.  It isn’t about points and scoreboards.

It is about balancing a healthy way of eating with fun! It is about embracing imperfection and feeling good about it – that includes enjoying your Thanksgiving meal! It is about adopting 3 simple habits with the support of other folks in your same position.

HOW IT WORKS

FORMAT

For 6 weeks, we will help a group of folks adopt 3 simple habits:

  1. Every Sunday, create a general plan of your meals
  2. Every time you eat – eat a carb, fat, protein, and veggie
  3. Drink 64 oz of water OR at least a full glass when you wake and every time you eat

That’s it! There’s no weighing, measuring, restriction, etc. Oh and the best part? Our goal each week is to do each one 80% of the time!

ACCOUNTABILITY & SCORING

There are no points, but we will have an accountability check every Monday. We will have our own separate Facebook group and will ask you to score yourself on each habit. The goal is to hit 80% on each one for the week! And if you didn’t?

No big deal! We will help you get back at it.

MEASURING PROGRESS

We will measure progress in two ways.

First, you receive 3 InBody scans ($120 value) – Before, Middle, and End. The goal isn’t necessarily to get as lean as possible, but you will naturally see body composition changes and we want you to see proof!

Second, each week you will rate how you feel. The goal is that week 6 scores higher than week 1!

OH AND ONE OTHER COOL PART…

In our group we will share some favorite recipes, tips, and of course “atta boys/girls” and other forms of support. If you don’t have Facebook, no worries, we got ya!

COST

The total cost is $1/day ($40).  I assure you it’ll be well worth it!
