A. Banded Bench Press – 12 reps (climb in weight each set)

B. 50ft. Handstand Walk – scale to 1 minute free standing handstand practice, 30 shoulder taps on wall facing away from wall, 30 shoulder taps on wall facing towards wall, or 10 wall walks.
