* Scale up to all movements using false grip on the rings.
** Scale to 1 Kip Swing + 1 Knees Past // + 1 Kip Swing + 1 Scap. Pull Up

Clean & Jerk
*Touch and go at floor. Even a re-grip off the floor is a no rep. No dumping barbell!
Rest as needed between sets.
** Score = weight used in each set (i.e. 125#, 130#, 140#)
