Hey Guys,

I’m so pumped to bring to you small group, muscle up clinics!

I’ll be keeping each session to 4 people or less so we can get in a lot of specific work for each individual.

Overview

Each session will be 30-45 minutes and encompass the following:

  • Warm Up & Activation
  • Muscle Up Theory – we’ll break down the movement and talk about how it all comes together.
  • Part 1 – The Swing
  • Part 2 – The Swing & Pull
  • Part 3 – The Position
  • Part 4 – The Dip
  • Part 5 – Linking

By going through each part we will find your current sticking point! We will have accessory work for every possible issues, so you will leave with homework to do over the next several weeks to improve.

Total cost will be $30 an athlete which includes both the session and the gap targeted accessory work.

Session Times

We will hold 3 sessions of 4 people max. Our most popular demand was for Sunday, so if it’s possible to make a different one, please start there!  Click on your desired time to sign-up.
