WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)

Today is a little 8 minute “ladder.” You simply complete 2 of both movements, then 4 of both movements, then 6, and continue to add 2 each round until your 8 minutes is up.

While I have programmed a “push press”, do a strict press (https://youtu.be/MeeXKE5Z_aI) instead if you don’t have a ton of weight.
