*Both partners work at same time.
*In odd rounds partner 1 completes the run while partner 2 completes the movement. They only move on to the next round when both are finished. In the even rounds, partner 1 completes the movement while partner 2 completes the run.
*At the end, both partners run the last 400 together with ONE person carrying the plate. They can pass the plate back and forth however they would like.
