All classes are cancelled at both boxes, so grab your family and friends and JOIN US at RCFBC!
This day will be filled with opportunities to participate in free classes and massages, have your body composition test, test your fitness levels, and grab some freebies from local vendors. Feel free to bring kids. And of course – no event is complete without some one day special offerings for new interested members so bring a family member or friend!
