WOD LOG INSTRUCTIONS

Our membership system has the ability for you to record and look back at your WODs so you can track your progress!

It’s easy to do in 3 steps.

1. Create/Log-In to your account.  Use the email you gave us on sign up.

2. Click on WOD tracking.

3. Click on the WOD you want and enter your score!
