 BOX NEWS:  From Mike
We have officially ended our 10 week strength cycle. We will now apply that new strength to do good ole fashioned CrossFit. Now that you are stronger, you will be able to do more things at a heavier weight, faster. By definition, this means you are much more capable of a higher level of intensity and thus will see better results. In terms of general programming, no one does it better on the planet than Ben Bergeron from CrossFit New England. As such, we will be following that programming for the next phase. Get ready to work and get super fit!

On a side note, I want to give a huge shout out to Harrison Anthony. A year ago, I approached him about programming for our boxes. He was passionate, smart, and was studying this stuff in school, so I knew he was the right man for the job. It was supposed to be a two month assignment, but ended up continuing for a year. I am extremely impressed by everything he came up with, his growth, and overall passion for figuring out how to get you guys fit. He will undoubtedly show his evil genius again soon, so don’t think you are out of the woods!
