WOD

Every 2 Minutes for 10 sets:

2 Hang Power Cleans + 1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk

 

* We want to build to a max on this barbell complex. Athletes may drop the bar quickly after completing the second hang power clean before performing the power clean from the floor. The first few sets can be moderately loaded and allow for a build up for at least the first 5-7 sets.
