4 Private Training Sessions

Every woman's body is different, so we start you out with 4 individual sessions to learn more about you, your goals, and how you move.

7 weeks unlimited classes

A key part of this program is the social aspect of working hard with and meeting other women that have the same goal as you. You'll get that through 7 weeks of unlimited classes.

body comp measurements

Lesson 1 ladies, the scale does NOT tell you the full story. Instead, we have one of the most accurate body composition machines in the world to tell you how much of that weight is water, lean muscle, and body fat. That data plus your energy levels rising, clothes fitting better, and changes in the mirror will give you all the feedback you need.

1-on-1 nutrition consult

Nutrition is not a one size fits all approach. It depends on your goals, lifestyle, and personal preferences. We will learn all about these so we can create the best plan for YOU!

custom nutrition plan

Based on our initial consult, we will develop a plan completely customized for you. Half way through we will have a check in to see how things are going and adjust if needed.

weekly accountability

If you show up and follow the nutrition plan, you will 100% see results. Good news is we will check in with you weekly to make sure you keep with the plan!

The most surprising part of your 1st 60 days with us?

You will actually ENJOY going to the gym!

here's how we do it

STEP 1

BOOK Your No Sweat Intro

Your No Sweat Intro is a FREE 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where one our coaches will sit down and talk with you about your goals. From there, we will create a custom plan to help you reach them, regardless of whether you’re “in shape” or not.

STEP 2

Follow Our Customized Nutrition Plan

Say goodbye to fad diets! Our nutrition coaching is 1-on-1 and completely customized for YOU. Your nutrition coach uses InBody biometric tracking to monitor your body fat percentage, your lean muscle mass, and your basal metabolic rate. That way we can help you map out a plan that works with your lifestyle. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love.

STEP 3

ENJOY YOUR PRIVATE SESSIONS & WEEKS OF CLASSES

This program is about YOU, so we start you out with 4 1-on-1 sessions. This allows us to get to know one another and teach you proper form. After that, you can choose to do more 1-on-1s or join our 1 hour classes to work hard, have some fun, and make change happen. During some times we even have babysitting available!

STEP 4

measure, adjust, & celebrate your success

We will keep in constant contact with you throughout, but in week 4 we will take midterm measurements. Based on those results and your goals, we may tweak your training and/or nutrition plan to maximize effectiveness. After another 4 weeks, we take final measurements and celebrate your success!

WHY IS OUR WORKOUT SO EFFECTIVE?

1. build a foundation of strength

No...you won't get bulky, ladies. That's actually hard to do!

What you will do is build lean muscle that will increase metabolism to shred fat and help produce the toned look you'll be proud of. Most importantly, you will do things you never thought possible (pull ups anyone?).

It turns out when you build new physical strength, you unlock new inner strength.

2. fighting movements you can actually use

If you've ever thrown punches for a minute straight, you know how exhausting it can be!

Our difference? It's not just punching - it's total self-defense. We punch, kick, knee, and elbow.

While you are getting fit, tired, and sweaty, you are also building self-defense habits. Our fighting methodology is based on Krav Maga, and will build actual skills you can use.

We hope you'll never have to use it, but you can have the peace of mind and confidence to know you will have the training if you need it.

3. a different workout everyday

When it comes to seeing results - routine is the enemy, but consistency is key.

Variety is the answer. It's a major reason why our CrossFit members have been so successful the last 7 years, so we are bringing it to this program.

By constantly varying your workouts, your body never gets used to it and your mind never gets bored. While it's varied, it's NOT random. We intentionally balance duration, workout types, body parts used, etc. to ensure you get the total workout you deserve.

4. Accountability from coaches & a community of women

Not every day is sunshine and rainbows. There are kids. Husbands. Plain ole bad days. And of course, ole Aunt Flo. On those days, accountability is the difference between continued success or a major setback.

Our average member has been here over 2.5 years and they attend almost 4 times a week. It's because we text them, email them, call them, lend them an ear, and sometimes even show up on their doorstep when they need it.

And if that doesn't work? A tight knit group of women will help. They've been there and know what you are going through. They'll ask where you are. They'll greet you with a smile. Maybe they'll even text you. Either way...they'll make a difference.

I have an injury. Can I still do the program?

In short, yes. Success in 60 is scalable meaning we can work around old injuries, tight muscles, and creaky joints.

Who is this program for?

This program is for women that want to make a change. Young or old, athletic or not, we have a place for you if you are truly ready to make a change.

But what If I am REALLY out of shape and super nervous?

I was in your shoes. Trust me when I tell you, you’ll be totally fine. Take the first step and come talk with us, you have nothing to lose.

What if I can’t make it every day to train?

Good. You’re not supposed to train everyday. Your body needs periods of rest to recover from the exercise you’ll do here. That said, we do recommend that you commit to training 3 x per week during Success in 60.

How long are your sessions?

Both our personal training sessions and classes are one hour. Each includes a full warm up, workout, and a cool down, which makes them easy to fit into a busy schedule.
