31 minute AMRAP of:
8 Thrusters (155/105)
6 Rope Climbs
11 Box Jumps (30/24)
Partner #1 performs AMRAP while Partner #2 runs 400m with weight (45/30). When partner #2 finishes run, #1 and #2 switch, and partner #2 picks up AMRAP where Partner #1 left off while partner #1 begins 400m run with weight.
