Today’s WOD is going to really work our engine! This will be huge as we approach the 2017 Open.Here are some tips: for the row, try to hold a manageable pace, you don’t want to crach and burn when you get to “Cindy”. The last 2 rounds, pull a bit more aggressively.

For “Cindy”, the struggle is with the push ups. Be sure to go into the WOD knowing how you are going to break those up (5/5, 7/3, 6/4) and stay with that rep scheme. No more than 2 sets on the push ups.
