After coaching 100s of kids for over 7 years, we are excited to launch our youth classes ONLINE!

Whether your child is prepping for a sport or simply needs to expend a little energy, these classes are perfect for them.

And we’ll be honest with you – these classes are just as much about giving mom and dad a much needed break as they are about getting your kids up, active, and having fun.

SO, HOW DOES IT WORK?

1 - sETUP A WORKOUT SPACE

All you need is about a 6' x 6' space and a phone, tablet, or computer that has video capability. No other equipment needed!

2 - CONNECT TO ONLINE CLASS

Once you register, we will send you a link for each class. Make sure you have internet connection and log-in a few minutes early.

3 - RECEIVE COACHING

Our kids certified coaches actually teach the kids how to move properly and correct form throughout the class.

4 - ENJOY A FUN WORKOUT

Each workout is created to burn energy, build athleticism, and make sure the kids have a ton of fun!

The one bad part?....we have limited spots.

The beauty of online classes is that we can reach kids all over the world.

This means we can have a far reaching impact, but it also means a lot of demand for relatively few spots.

*Our pricing is per household per age group.  Example: If there are 2 siblings 4-11 and another sibling in the 12-18, it’s $75 total for the 4-11 siblings and $75 for the 12-18 sibling.

What equipment is needed?

None! We get really creative.

How Long Are Your Sessions?

It ranges from 30 min to a full hour and depends on the age group. Each includes a full warm up, workout, and a cool down, which makes them easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Who Are Our Youth Programs For?

Any child 4-18 yrs of age. They don't have to be athletic to participate and have fun.

Do You Work With Athletes?

Absolutely. We've trained youth athletes of all sports and have even worked with several collegiate and pro athletes. Sometimes personal or semi-private training is best depending on their goals and current progress. Reach out to us and we are happy to assess!

I have an injury. Can I still do the program?

In short, yes. CrossFit is scalable meaning we can work around old injuries, tight muscles, and creaky joints. We've even worked with adaptive athletes!
