At CrossFit SciCoh, everything begins with our FREE 20 minute “No Sweat Intro.”

We want to learn about you and your goals, answer your questions, and ultimately end with a customized plan of how to get you there…even if it isn’t with us!

It’s truly “No Sweat” meaning you don’t need workout clothes and there are no sales techniques. Just a conversation to see how we can help.

One of the toughest things to do is to work up the courage to walk through the doors. We want to make this experience as easy as possible for you by setting up a free introduction to CrossFit and SciCoh. In this free intro, we will tell you what we are all about, assess where you are physically, and answer any questions you may have.

 We have built a reputation of being able to train your every day person that is trying to get back into fitness all the way up to the professional athlete. Every CrossFit gym is different in atmosphere and quality, so we want to give you an opportunity to experience how we approach things.
