I was so nervous before I started the MomStrong challenge because I didn’t know what to expect.

I didn’t know if I could do it and imagined myself being the worst one there. But Coach Heather was so supportive and made it fun. She’s a mom herself so she was relatable for all of us who were at different stages of postpartum – they even have ‘Stroller Parking’! 

I’m stronger here than any other program I’ve done. I worked out at a regular gym doing bootcamp during my whole pregnancy with my second child. We did some similar things we do here, but I never got better at those things. It’s taken time, but I can do full pull ups now!

I know it sounds intimidating, but I promise it really isn’t. I’ve never felt judged or that I couldn’t do something. The best part? With my first, it took 18 months to lose the baby weight and feel good – after joining CrossFit SciCoh, it took only 6 months after my second!

All I can say is that it really is an amazing community. Once you get in the door I know you’ll be glad you made the leap!

STEP 1

BOOK Your No Sweat Intro

Your No Sweat Intro is a FREE 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where one our coaches will sit down and talk with you about your goals. From there, we will create a custom plan to help you reach them, regardless of whether you’re “in shape” or not.

STEP 2

Follow Our Customizable Nutrition Plan

Say goodbye to fad diets! Our nutrition coaching is 1-on-1 and completely customizable. Your nutrition coach uses InBody biometric tracking to monitor your body fat percentage, your lean muscle mass, and your basal metabolic rate. That way we can help you map out a plan that works with your lifestyle. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love.

STEP 3

ENJOY YOUR PRIVATE SESSIONS & WEEKS OF CLASSES

This challenge is about YOU, so we start you out with at least 4 1-on-1 sessions.  After that, you can choose to do more 1-on-1s or join classes with other moms (and dads) for 1 hour to work hard, have some fun, and make change happen. During some times we will even provide babysitting for you!

STEP 4

Celebrate Success at Your Goal Setting Sessions

So you’re 4 weeks in and you’ve lost 5 lbs. of fat, what happens next? In your Goal Setting Session, we’ll map out your next steps so you’re constantly improving.

How Long Are Your Sessions?

Our MomStrong sessions are 45 min. long and include a full warm up, workout, and a cool down, which makes them easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Do You Have Babysitting?

Absolutely! These sessions are for you, so we make sure to help you take care of them. A member and fellow mom will be there to watch your kids in our babysitting area so you can focus on YOU!

Who is this Challenge for?

This program is for any mom (old and new) that wants to make a change. Whether you recently had a little one or it's been a few years, you are welcome to join if you are serious about change.

But what If I am REALLY out of shape and super nervous?

I was in your shoes. Trust me when I tell you, you’ll be totally fine. Take the first step and come talk with us, you have nothing to lose.

I have an injury. Can I still do the program?

In short, yes. MomStrong is scalable meaning we can work around old injuries, tight muscles, and creaky joints.

I am vegetarian/vegan can I still do the program?

Absolutely. Our nutrition coaching is completely customized to your lifestyle, so we can work with you regardless of your dietary restrictions.

What if I can’t make it every day to train?

Good. You’re not supposed to train everyday. Your body needs periods of rest to recover from the exercise you’ll do here. That said, we do recommend that you commit to training 3 x per week during your MomStrong Challenge.
