We have so many things going on in May/June, so we put them all here for you!
1. Memorial Day Murph (MUST SIGN UP FOR IT – WE CAP CLASSES).
Each year CrossFit gyms all over the country do the workout “Murph” to honor Michael Murphy and all other soldiers that have died for our freedom. The workout (listed below) is pretty gnarly, but we will scale it for anyone!
We have two class times – 8AM (babysitting available) and 9:30AM.
WE HAVE A 25 PERSON CAP, SO PLEASE SIGN UP AHEAD OF TIME!
The workout is as follows:
1 mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
1 mile Run
*Ideally a 20 lb weight vest is worn.
*Reps may be partitioned however you would like.
2. Class check-ins should be done at least a day ahead.
The main reason? More attention to you and progress during class! I plan to review attendance each night. Based on those numbers, I will add a second Coach (usually me :)) to any super popular classes for the following day. Also, we will use your attendance data to help keep you accountable and reach out to you when might need us to!

3. Log your nutrition points!
Reminder to log your points via the google document by Monday 8PM each week. Here you can find the team links. You will not have the opportunity to do this after Monday night as it will automatically blackout that section.
4. Legends Program (60+) starts May 29th! 3 spots left
This 6 week, 2 day a week program is specifically designed for 6-+ yr old age group. It’s rooted in CrossFit principles, but is biased towards the balance, functional strength, and cardiovascular conditioning needed to preserve a longer, healthier, independent life. Learn more/Sign up here.
