another year where we think…
“This is going to be the year I finally take care of myself, get fit, and shed a few pounds. I owe it to my kids. I owe it to my spouse. I owe it to myself.”
So we do the same thing we did in the past…
1) Join the local gym.
2) Google workout programs and nutrition suggestions, only to find that half of them contradict each other. So, we randomly select the program and nutrition advice we think we can live with the most.
3) Show up to the gym with 100s of other people, wait on machines, and barely break a sweat.
4) Feel sore the 1st week. Bored the 2nd. See 0 results in the 3rd. Quit by the 4th.
5) Admit we’ve failed yet again – just like 80% of others with the same resolution.
50% of people quit the gym by end of January and 80% by May. While it’s good to have company, it still doesn’t feel good. I’ve been there.
It was only February and I already felt like a failure for that year. I already fell like I let myself and my family down. But…

Welcome to our 4 week jumpstart program!
In our program, we tackle the 5 main causes of failure:
1) We help you set the right goals.
One of the biggest causes of failure is people don’t set the right goals. We will sit down with each person for 20 minutes to identify the RIGHT measurable goal that you actually care about.
2) We keep you accountable.
We measure everything we do.
You will start and end our 4 weeks by stepping on one of the most accurate body fat machines in the world called InBody. You’ll feel better, move better, and look better after 4 weeks. But we also want you to see measurable proof of yoru improvement too!
3) We give you the right workouts and variance so it works and never gets old.
We will have a different workout every single day, so your body can’t get used to it and you don’t get bored.
We will leverage our professional knowledge to create a plan that has all the the variety you need to build lean muscle, shred fat, and maximize your fitness.
4) We tell you the right way to eat.
Regardless of your goals, nutrition is 75% of the battle. That said, everyone is different and may have a different plan.
Our nutrition expert will meet with you to create a customized plan that accounts for your individual preferences, needs, and goals.
5) We make it fun.
Our goal is to make going to the gym something you WANT to do instead of something you HAVE to do.
