In preparation of the 2017 CrossFit Open, we are going to switch gears on Fridays and work on building our mental and physical strength. How are we going to do that? Here’s how: over the next several Fridays, we will be completing different open workouts to help us accomplish just that. Each WOD is meant to challenge your physical endurance, strength and mental fortitude.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes:

MASTERS (55+):
15 box jumps or step-ups (20″)
12 push press (95/55)
