2021 Holiday Fitness Wishlist Ideas

On this Small Business Saturday, I thought it to be timely to suggest a few fitness based items that support your own health AND your favorite small business gym!

It’s back! In January we will launch our next 7 week, 2x/week, Olympic Lifting Course. Over the last 7 years our athletes have averaged over a 12lb increase in their snatch and over a 10lb increase in their clean by the end of the session. 

Coach Mike’s program is devised from his time learning from both Coach Bergener and Spencer Hendel.  He uses two 90 minute sessions per week to focus on technique, speed, and strength.  SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS!

LIMITED TO 8 ATHLETES and typically sells out.

If you’ve done CrossFit more than a day then you owe it to yourself TO OWN YOUR OWN JUMP ROPE!

No, seriously. If you don’t own your own, then please please get one.  I can’t tell you how important having the same exact rope every time is when it comes to double unders. 

I highly recommend one of the RPM ropes and in fact, we are trying to get enough folks together to get wholesale pricing.

Gift cards can be customized for any amount, but here are some suggestions.

  • $75 = 1 hr personal training session
