Day 22- “Triple 3s”

Alight boys.  This is our last full week! And I have a little surprise.

YOUR POINTS WILL BE DOUBLED THIS WEEK!

 

That’s right – for every workout you complete, you’ll receive TWO points instead of 1. We have 9 days to go, so let’s finish strong.

WARM-UP

Perform 4 rounds of the following:
10 Walking Lunges
1 minute light jog
5 Air Squats
5 Burpees

WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)

In today’s workout, you will do as many rounds in 3 minutes of 8 burpees, 8 squats, and 8 single arm db hang clean & jerks.

After that 3 minutes, rest 1 minute a repeat the same 3 minute AMRAP.  Rest another minute after that and repeat the 3 minute AMRAP one last time.
