Day 2 is another benchmark workout called, Burpee time.
It’s a simple 7 minute workout of max burpees. This workout tests our mid-range conditioning along with our ability to do one of the most fundamental movements in life…get up off the ground.
We will repeat this workout eventually, so PLEASE PUT YOUR NUMBER OF REPS IN THE COMMENT SECTION.

Burpees
In 7 minutes, complete as many burpees as you can.
Your score will be the total number of burpees.
Make sure to include any notes for how you may have altered it, so you know for next time!
