Hi! I’m Mike LeJeune, the owner of CrossFit SciCoh.

Our Fitness Program is designed to change your looks, to change your routine, and to change your lifestyle for the better.

You might be thinking, “but wait, this is CrossFit.  CrossFit is for hardcore fitness junkies!”  But it’s not, our program is for everyone, no matter the age, experience, or how often you workout.  

Our classes are led by expert coaches, working hard to not only make you better, but also to make sure you are moving correctly.  

But we don’t stop there.  We give you nutrition strategies to maximize your results.  

So how does this work? 

It all starts with the free, 20 minute, no sweat intro. There’s no workout and no sales pitch. It’s a relaxed meeting where we get to know you and your goals and you can determine if you feel at home here.

If we can help and you want us to help, then we will create a plan that will work for you.

So then all you have to do is come in, share some laughs, make some friends, get to work, and then get to where you need to be.  It’s that simple. 

In practice, CrossFit can be intense and isn’t for everyone.  But, anyone can do it.

so, how does it work?

Step 1:
free No Sweat Intro
Our journey together starts with a simple 20 minute, no sweat intro. There's no workout and no pressure, we simply get to know you so we can determine if and how we can help you.

Step 2:
Fun workouts
(group & 1-on-1)
You will do a different workout each time, so your body doesn't get used to it and you keep having fun. We start you out with 1-on-1s to ensure proper form but then you get to choose your own path!
Step 3:
customized nutrition plan
Nutrition is 75% of the battle, but what works for one person may not be right for you. We will meet up front to understand your goals and preferences. Based on those we will develop a plan specific to you to ensure you succeed!
Step 4:
Support & Accountability
We are here to support you every step of the way. If you don't show up we contact you. If your results aren't what you want, we sit down and create a new plan with you. In other words, we make sure YOUR journey is OUR journey.

Along with the weight loss and confidence boost, our members learn to LOVE working out.  

Coming to the gym goes from being a chore to becoming the best hour of their day!

How Long Are Your Sessions?

Our classes are an hour. Each includes a full warm up, workout, and a cool down, which makes them easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Do You Have Babysitting?

During some class times on certain days of the week, we have a sitter available! Let us know if that's a need and we will give you all the information.

Who is CrossFit for?

CrossFit is for anyone that wants to make a change. Young or old, athletic or not, we have a place for you if you are truly ready to make a change.

But what If I am REALLY out of shape and super nervous?

I was in your shoes. Trust me when I tell you, you’ll be totally fine. Take the first step and come talk with us, you have nothing to lose.

I have an injury. Can I still do the program?

In short, yes. CrossFit is scalable meaning we can work around old injuries, tight muscles, and creaky joints. We've even worked with adaptive athletes!

What if I can’t make it every day to train?

Good. You’re not supposed to train everyday. Your body needs periods of rest to recover from the exercise you’ll do here. That said, we do recommend that you commit to training 3 x per week.
