Teams of 4:
Team members 1 and 2 complete the following:
7 min. AMRAP
100m sprint
5 burpees
10 deadlifts (185/125)
5 pull ups
At the same time, team members 3 and 4 complete the following:
7 min AMRAP
200m row
5 burpees
15 goblet squats (53/35)
5 push ups
* After the first 7 minute AMRAPs are up, the whole team should rest for 3 minutes and then switch!
** WOD is performed conga line style.
Once all 7 min AMRAPs are complete, as a team, complete a 1 mile run while taking turns holding 1 20# med ball.
