Today is Kate’s last WOD with us before she heads out to the University of Colorado, Boulder to be begin her freshman year.  Good luck Kate, we will miss you, but know we will be seeing you again soon!

We’ll start with the 9AM WOD, then head to Lynwood for pizza, and work our way back to the gym stopping at several breweries.

Teams of 2 – Conga line style – Each person completes 5 rounds of
15 Sledgehammer Strikes of Slam Balls for newbies
20 Burpees
250m Row

Athlete 1 starts on sledgehammer/slam ball. Once athlete 1 is complete he/she moves on to burpees and athlete 2 starts with sledgehammer. Athlete 2 cannot move to burpees until athlete 1 has completed the burpees.
