WHO IT’S FOR
Has the summer caused some less than ideal eating habits? Do you find yourself wanting to feel a little bit better physically and mentally? Now that the summer is over are you looking to get back on track with your training and nutrition?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, this challenge is designed specifically for you.
WHAT THE CHALLENGE IS & ISN’T
What this challenge isn’t is just as important as what it is. It isn’t a super strict diet based on restriction. It isn’t a time consuming new approach that you’ll likely never keep with.
It is about balancing a healthy way of eating with your lifestyle. It is about adopting simple habits with the support of other members in your same position.
HOW IT WORKS
For 4 weeks, we will help teams of 2 members with 3 simple habits:
- Every Sunday, create a general plan of your meals
- Every time you eat – eat a single ingredient carb, fat, protein, and veggie
- Drink 64 oz of water OR at least a full glass when you wake and every time you eat
That’s it! There’s no weighing, measuring, restriction, etc.
ACCOUNTABILITY & SCORING
We will score this challenge by measuring the amount of body fat dropped during the 4 week period (Body Fat % decrease on the InBody scan). Note this challenge is for teams of two so find someone who will push you to be your best.
We will also have an accountability check every Monday. We will have our own separate Facebook group and will ask you to score yourself on each habit. The goal is to hit 80% on each one for the week! And if you didn’t?
All good! We will help you get back on track. Also you will be held accountable by your partner so don’t let the team down!
We will measure progress in two ways.
First, you receive 2 InBody scans ($80 value) – Before and End with the goal being to drop as much body fat as possible during the 4 week window.
Second we’ll take a look at muscle mass to make sure muscle was maintained/gained during this process.
More official scoring information will be provided soon but these are the main items we’re focusing on.
OH AND ONE MORE THING…
In our group we will share some favorite recipes, tips, and of course pats on the back and other forms of support. If you don’t have Facebook, no worries, we got you!
The total cost is ~$1/day ($25). Guarantee it will be well worth it!
