Our journey together starts with a simple 20 minute, no sweat intro. There's no workout and no pressure, we simply get to know you so we can determine if and how we can help you.

Step 2:
(3) 1-on-1
Virtual Sessions
This program is about YOU, so we start with 3 1-on-1 virtual sessions. This allows us to get to know you and teach you proper form. If you need more, then of course we will schedule more!
Step 3:
virtual classes
with seniors
Our legends love their physical progress, but we realize they come just as much for the social hour! In fact, some days they all log-in a half hour ahead of time to chat and connect with each other.
Step 4:
CELEBRATE IMPROVEMENT
we don't want you to THINK you improved, we want you to KNOW you imporved. We will do benchmark workouts throughout so you can SEE & FEEL your imporvement!

Along with the physical improvement and confidence boost, legends in our 30 Day Seniors Program learn to LOVE working out.  For many it’s the best hour of their day!

Who is this Challenge for?

This program is for anyone over 60 that wants to make a change. Aches, pains, and limited ability is something we are used to, so don't let it stop you!

But what If I am REALLY out of shape and super nervous?

That's totally fine! You don't have to be fit to get fit. We will start you slow in our 1-on-1 session with you.

I don't have much equipment. is that ok?

Absolutely. We create the workouts with your equipment in mind no matter how limited.

what's your experience?

We've trained folks of all shapes, sizes, and ages for over 7 years. We've worked with seniors throughout and launched a program just for them over a year ago!

how Long do the workouts take?

We typically take a full hour, but that includes the warm up, instruction, workout, and cool down. It goes way faster than you'd thank!
